- Letter submitted by the UNES (The Salvadoran Ecological Unit (UNES Unidad Ecológica Salvadoreña) to the World Banks Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) expressing their
profound concern and refusal to the eventual approval of the document Readiness Preparation Proposal (R-PP), submitted by El Salvador government through the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN), to the FCPF of the World Bank (WB), on April 23d this year
- Letter submitted by the Salvadoran National Indigenous Coordinating Council (CCNIS) to the World Banks Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) in support of the letter submitted by UNES and demanding the El Salvadors R-PP is not approved.
- Reply sent by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN in Spanish) in answer to the letters submitted by the UNES and CCNIS, in which the MARN rejects to withdraw the R-PP from the Evaluation process being carried out by the World Banks FCPF.
