Struggles for the Forests
When corporations destroy forests, or restrict or even prohibit access to forest peoples' territories, they place communities' ways of life and their very existence at risk. WRM supports forest peoples' struggles to defend their territories, and their right to decide how to live, and how to use the forests they depend on.

Pemerintah Indonesia bertujuan membuat Indonesia menjadi ´hijau´, dengan meningkatkan porsi energi terbarukan hingga 74 persen dari matriks energi. Briefing yang baru ini membuka dan memperingatkan tentang apa yang terjadi dibalik janji energi ´hijau´ di Indonesia. Sebagian besar di antaranya diperkirakan akan dihasilkan oleh bendungan hidroelektrik berskala besar.

The Tropical Forest Forever Facility (TFFF) mengklaim sebagai “harapan baru” bagi hutan tropis di seluruh dunia. Namun, inisiatif ini tidak dirancang untuk mengatasi penyebab deforestasi, melainkan semata-mata untuk menguntungkan investor di pasar utang keuangan yang mendorong perusakan hutan.
