The Energy Transition Observatory is a platform providing information about the impacts of supposedly 'clean energy' projects on Indigenous and Quilombola territories, conservation units, and agrarian reform settlements in Brazil. Through an interactive map, users can verify which energy sources presented as 'clean' are impacting which territories of traditional communities in the country. This tool might be useful for those looking for concrete data on the impacts caused by mining of 'strategic metals', power transmission lines, solar and wind power plants. The material produced by the NGO Repórter Brasil in partnership with Inesc and PoEMAS is available in Portuguese here.
